Shipping Protection ($1.99, optional)

Add Shipping Protection in your cart to cover your order if it's lost, stolen, or arrives damaged in transit.

How to file a claim: email scamperly@agentmail.to within 14 days of the delivery date shown in tracking (or within 30 days of shipment if tracking never updates). Include your order number and, for damage, a photo.

What we do: we'll send a free replacement of the covered items, or a full refund if they're out of stock.

What's covered: US orders shipped to the address entered at checkout.

Not covered: an incorrect address entered by the customer, claims made more than 14 days after tracking shows delivered, or changing your mind (see our Refund Policy).

Shipping Protection itself is non-refundable once the order ships. Orders without Shipping Protection are still covered by our standard Refund Policy.
