These terms apply to Scamperly (the "Store"). By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars and shown at checkout before you pay. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, pricing errors or suspected fraud) and will fully refund any payment taken. Product photos are representative; colors can vary slightly by screen. Products are not escape-proof.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card number.

Product use

Scamperly products are for everyday pet use as described on each product page. Playpens, tunnels and similar enrichment gear are for supervised indoor or attended outdoor play. They are not cages, crates or containment systems. Always supervise your pet, check the product for wear before use, and follow the included instructions. Do not leave a pet unattended inside. Outdoor use is attended only; we recommend a harness for cats outdoors.

Intellectual property

Site text, images, videos and the Scamperly name and logo belong to us or our licensors. Please don't copy them without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, USA.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
