This policy explains what we collect when you visit or buy, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Order details: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address. Payment is handled by Shopify's payment processors; we don't receive full card numbers.
• Device and browsing data: IP address, browser, pages viewed, collected through cookies and similar tools.
• Messages you send to support.

How we use it

To fulfill and ship orders, provide support, prevent fraud, improve the store, and (only with your consent where required) send marketing emails or texts.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help run the store: Shopify (hosting and checkout), our fulfillment partners and carriers (to ship your order), payment processors, and advertising/analytics partners such as TikTok and Google (to measure ads). We do not sell personal information for money. Some ad tracking may count as "sharing" under certain state laws; you can opt out below.

Cookies and ads

We use cookies and pixels (for example the TikTok Pixel) to measure and personalize ads. You can block cookies in your browser, use our cookie banner where shown, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including California and other US states), you may request access, correction, deletion, or opt out of targeted advertising. Email scamperly@agentmail.to; we'll verify your request and respond within the time the law requires.

Retention and security

We keep order records as long as needed for business, tax and legal purposes, and use reasonable safeguards to protect them.

Children

The store is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
