Setup and use

How fast is setup?
The frame pops open in seconds — no tools. When you're done, it twists flat and folds down for storage. Every set comes with a bag: a storage bag with the Cube, a carry bag with the 2-in-1 and 3-in-1 Sets.

How big is it?
Sizes are approx., per supplier.
- Cube: about 21 × 21 × 24 in, with a round door about 10.6 in across
- 2-in-1 Set: playhouse tent about 26 × 26 × 31 in; ring tunnel about 134 in long × 11 in wide
- 3-in-1 Set: hexagonal tent about 47 × 47 × 18 in; playhouse about 27 × 27 × 27 in; 3-way tunnel with 26 in arms, 11 in wide

What's the difference between the options?
Each option is its own set, not an add-on to another.
- Cube ($49.99) — one pop-up cube (about 21 × 21 × 24 in) with a storage bag. Small-space starter.
- 2-in-1 Set ($74.99) — a playhouse tent (about 26 × 26 × 31 in) and a long ring tunnel (about 134 in), with a carry bag. No cube included. Ships fastest (about 4–9 business days to your door).
- 3-in-1 Set ($109.99) — a hexagonal tent (about 47 × 47 × 18 in), a playhouse (about 27 × 27 × 27 in) and a 3-way tunnel, plus 10 ground stakes, a carry bag and 2 toy balls.

Can the pieces be used separately?
Yes. The pieces in your set can be used on their own or connected to each other for a larger play space. Pieces from different sets aren't guaranteed to connect.

Can my cat escape?
The mesh and zippers are designed to keep your cat inside during supervised play. Always check zippers are fully closed. It is not escape-proof, and it is not meant for cats left alone.

Is it safe outdoors?
It's for supervised, attended play only. Do not leave your cat or the playpen outside unattended, overnight, or in bad weather. Provide shade and water, and avoid long stretches in direct sun. For outdoor use we recommend a harness. Indoor use is the safest default.

What cats is it for?
Sized for typical house cats and kittens that fit comfortably inside the pieces in their set (the Cube's round door is about 10.6 in across). Not for large dogs or unsupervised pets. Always supervise.

My cat ignores it. What now?
Put a blanket, favorite toy or treat inside, leave a door open, and let your cat explore on their own schedule. Some cats take a few days. If it's still not a fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, even if your cat has tried it, as long as it's cleaned and complete. See returns below.

Care

How do I clean it?
Shake out debris, wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap, and air dry fully before folding. Do not machine-wash unless your product insert says otherwise.

Shipping and orders

When will my order ship?
Shipping is free. Usual order-to-door times (business days, including processing):
- 2-in-1 Set: about 4–9 business days (about 2 to dispatch + 2–7 in transit)
- Cube and 3-in-1 Set: about 7–12 business days (about 5 to dispatch + 2–7 in transit)

Alaska and Hawaii can take a few extra days. See the Shipping Policy.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — United States only.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email scamperly@agentmail.to as soon as you can. We can cancel before it ships.

Returns and support

What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery. Unused and lightly used items are both accepted if they're cleaned (pet hair removed) and complete. Email us for a return authorization first. Return shipping is paid by you for change of mind, and by us if the item is damaged or defective. See the Refund Policy.

What if it arrives damaged?
Email photos within 7 days. We'll replace or refund it.
